I joined World of Yogaabout a year ago. At 105 KG, and with various stress-related (lack of sleep, dark circles, anxiety, hypertension) issues I was in pretty bad shape.

Today I am almost 15 Kg lighter – and the same amount of weight seems to have lifted from my head as well.

I feel more physically and mentally agile, and at peace.

Not to say that I have achieved ultimate Nirvana – that requires years of practice and perseverance, but I feel I am well on my way for that.

At World of Yoga, I have learnt that Yoga is not exercise, it is not a regimen, it is not aerobics and it’s not something you do just because someone told you it’s good for weight loss – it is simply a way of life!

Live by the rules of Yoga, and you will live well – in all aspects of living, be it mental, physical or social well being.

It is important to learn this craft from the right teachers though, and at World of YogaI was trained by one of the best in the business. Namrata has years of experience in the field – and it shows in the way classes are conducted.
